ORLANDO, FL -- Following a sultry First Friday spring concert series, excitement fills the air once again with a festive First Friday fall series -- the perfect activity to prepare for the holiday season. First Friday will take place outside the mall’s main entrance every first Friday of the month beginning October through December from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Guests will enjoy a delightful evening filled with lively dining, mouth-watering cocktails and intoxicating music. The headliners include:

October 6- Sunnie Paxson featuring DaVonda
Sunnie Paxson will entertain guests with a melting pot of music including, soul, funk, fusion, acid, smooth, and straight jazz. Sunnie is one of the funkiest, soulful keyboard players on the smooth jazz scene today. DaVonda Simmons is a dynamic vocalist who has been dazzling audiences for years with her “drop dead gorgeous voice.” Her voice evokes a smile in your heart and caresses you with the radiant warmth of her style.

November 3 - Rico Monaco & Sol Sons
Rico Monaco & Sol Sons will heat up the cool, fall nights with their red-hot Latin Rock music. The band, which is originally from Orlando, has independently sold over 2,400 copies of its self- titled, award-winning CD. Rico Monaco & Sol Sons have won numerous awards and accolades in the music industry. Bring your dancing shoes and get ready to dance the night away.

December 1 - Michael Andrew & The Atomic Big Band
Celebrate the holiday season with the timeless music of Michael Andrew & The Atomic Big Band. Hit the dance floor as this 18-piece band performs styles of the big bands reminiscent of the forties, and in the tradition of popular singers like Tony Bennett and Frank Sinatra. Holiday classics from the American Songbook never sounded so good.

Hosted by Smooth Jazz 103.1 WLOQ, guests at First Friday can enjoy dining and cocktails including, Blue Martini, The Cheesecake Factory, Brio Tuscan Grille, McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, California Pizza Kitchen, Johnny Rockets and Panera Bread. Presented by Land Rover Orlando and Lake Nona Golf and Country Club, the concert series will also feature informal modeling by The Maile School highlighting great fall fashions.
