ORLANDO, FL (September 12, 2007) – The Mall at Millenia celebrates fall with a set of First Friday concerts that will intoxicate your soul. Unwind from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm and experience featured jazz performances that fill the air with rhythm, style and a newfound eclectic energy.

Fall concerts will take place outside of the mall’s main entrance on the first Friday of October, November and December. Performances by The Buzzcatz, Jamie Williams and Eric Darius present an array of jazz styles featuring dynamic vocals and outstanding instrumentation. The combination and unique flare of these performers will captivate jazz enthusiasts and leave them longing for more.

October 5 – The Buzzcatz
The Buzzcatz are an eight - piece band with a full horn section who can ignite a party anywhere with a danceable mix of classic swing, soul, jazz, blues and rock & roll. Commanding the stage with energy & enthusiasm, this band clearly shows their passion for performing.

November 2 – Jamie Williams
Jamie Williams brings R&B, funk, contemporary jazz and pop instrumentals, to the First Friday Fall Series. This saxophonist presents an array of captivating music and fulfills every emotion.

December 7 – Eric Darius
Jazz phenomena and saxophone prodigy Eric Darius takes the stage during a special holiday edition of First Friday. The evening will be filled with unique style and mesmerizing rhythms. Along with vocalist, Nadia Darius, Eric features a combination of laid-back ballads, funk, R&B, soul, pop, up-tempo grooves, and hip-hop.

Hosted by Smooth Jazz 103.1 WLOQ, guests at First Friday can enjoy an evening filled with mouthwatering dining and lively cocktails including, Blue Martini, The Cheesecake Factory, Brio Tuscan Grille, McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, California Pizza Kitchen, Johnny Rockets and Panera Bread. Presented by Land Rover Orlando and Lake Nona Golf and Country Club.
