THE CORE COLLECTION 2022

Initially introduced in 2021, Jimmy Choo’s Core collection is an integral part of the brand offering that distils the ethos and spirit of the house whilst also recognising the evolution of the modern client’s life and needs. Inspired by the myriad collections which span the lifetime of the brand, Core is a timeless edit that captures the creative essence of Jimmy Choo, as defined by three key categories: Pearl, Crystal and the JC Monogram. This season the collection spotlights the Pearl pillar with the introduction of a signature fuchsia realised in satin across platforms and pumps. As well as handbags with pearl encrusted shoulder straps. The optimistic hue is both playful and glamorous. New styles will be added and evolved each season – continually refining and defining a vocabulary of future classics that comprise the ultimate accessory wardrobe.

The Jimmy Choo Core collection is a seasonless array of both iconic and new silhouettes spanning the brand’s entire offering and catering to every occasion, from day to night, formal to casual and even city to beach. These designs speak to every moment in our client’s lives, making it the ultimate 24/7 assortment. All three of the distinct Core design pillars – Pearl, Crystal and JC Monogram – boast eternal appeal.

In recent seasons, Pearls have become a recurring theme for Jimmy Choo. By adopting a playful approach to scale, shape and positioning, the brand uses them to effectively add a dose of fantasy to myriad designs. Synonymous with wisdom, pearls – which form beautifully over time and are precious yet strong – are a fitting metaphor for the brand itself.
Crystal – which captures the notion of the brand as a jewel in and of itself – has been synonymous with Jimmy Choo since the very beginning. The brand’s signature crystal-embellished ‘C’ buckle – which is, of course, a playful nod to the brand name – plays out across a broad range of shoes, handbags and accessories.

Since being introduced in 2018, the JC Monogram has quickly become a definitive emblem for Jimmy Choo. This refined symbol is a constant reminder of the brand’s meaning and value. The JC Monogram provides an authoritative hallmark for signature styles and new designs.

Ultimately, the Core Collection comprises an entire wardrobe of essential and desired pieces that celebrate Jimmy Choo’s distinct identity, promising to bring glamour to every moment.
