The Mall at Millenia Fashion Week Puts the Runway in Runway to Hope
From a very humble beginning in 2010, The Mall at Millenia gave Runway to Hope its first opportunity to fundraise and officially announce the new charity with the perfect fashion tie-in: The Mall at Millenia Fashion Week.
In 2016, Marie Claire USA Senior Fashion Editor, Zanna Roberts Rassi, hosted the brunch, which raised $94,000 for Runway to Hope's Family Assistance programs.
Back in 2011, The Mall at Millenia expanded upon the intial partnership to host the Runway to Hope Spring Fashion Soiree. The event featured 30 incredibly brave children ages 2 to 18, all cancer fighters or survivors on stage, 800 guests, and raised more than $300,000. Outgrowing Grand Court at The Mall at Millenia, Runway to Hope now hosts their annual Spring Fashion Soiree in the halls of Rosen Shingle Creek, which in 2016 featured 160 children, 2,400 guests, and raised more than $1.2 million.
The Mall at Millenia is proud to support Runway to Hope and the impact they have made on providing direct support and aid to Central Florida children and their families impacted by pediatric cancer.
